How do I setup voicemail?

Dial Voicemail access number (*97).
To change your mailbox grettings press 01; then, after the signal, dictate your UNAVAILABLE message.

How does the service work?

The service works over an ATA (Analog Telephone Adapter) that you plug the LAN port into your internet router and your existing home phone into the analog telephone port. (see manual for advanced configurations)

How do I setup my device?

Your device is pre-configured. All you need to do is plug it in.

How do I make a payment?

Once you have setup your account and paid your first month of service you will receive an email confirmation with instructions on how to login to your portal. Every month when your bill becomes due you can make payment via your customer portal at https://billing.leaperconn.com.

How do I change my settings?

Your account settings can be configured under you account portal at https://billing.leaperconn.com

Do i need an Internet connection?

Yes, the services we provide require an available Internet connection. If you do not currently have Internet, feel free to contact us at 1-855-327-LEAP (5327) or email us at sales@leaperconn.com for DSL referrels.
